MDM – FAST TRACK APPROACH
o MDM works closely with clients to develop schedules by:
• incorporating initial design phase period
• starting construction whilst design continues – this will
result in some minimal equipment changes due to a
‘fast track’ approach
o Built 200K TPM gold & 100TPM uranium plant in 23 months
(including design) May 2007 – April 2009
o Built 650K & 1.3M TPM gold and uranium tailings retreatment
plant in 21 months (including design) April 2008 – January 2010
