the cluster clubs or their members
• Act as an ambassador of the district and Rotary Foundation when visiting
cluster clubs

FOUNDATION
• Chair : Report to Council on Status of Fundraising, Grants and Future Vision.
Oversee stewardship of District Foundation Funds.
• Grants: Review grant requests, Obtain approvals and Authorize payments
• Fundraising: Ensure Clubs have Foundation Goals, Support clubs to reach goals
• Future Vision: Develop processes to transition to future vision
• Paul Harris Society: Enrol new members into the PHS.
COMMUNITY
SERVICE
• To make clubs aware of district and inter district service project opportunities to ensure
that the clubs in the district make full use of the grants and funds available.
YOUTH
• To support clubs in their engagement with the various youth service opportunities
within Rotary.
• Report to Council on the status of youth activities in the district.
