Welcome to
Convergence Retreat
Welcome to the arena of convergence.
We are here to take a flight to converge
personal aspirations and organizational
results.
We are here to venture into self-examination for
greater convergence between how we teach
and how participants learn.
Apreciation Onwards
We are here to strengthen bonds with
others having similar roles for
collective convergence.
We are here to perform, to talk, to
share, to unfold, to discover, to
inquire, to surge, to react, to
provoke, to criticize.
We are here to seek light and radiate
light.
ILM/IMT Mission

accountability.
• To help organizations and individuals
discover God-given potential to enable
them to achieve ultimate success.
Teachers of Leaders
Competent teachers attract capable
students who complement learning
process to become than the teachers
themselves.
or Leaders of Teachers
Workshop Vision Statement
UMT is engaged in processing of
knowledge to increase learning. The
operations of UMT critically depends
upon the strategic base of Resource
Persons. Their learning ultimately
determines the success of UMT. Thus
optimum learning opportunities should
be made available to Resource
Persons.
Between What and Why
I have figured out that in teaching why and
how are more important than what, where,
and when.
Why talks about mission.
How deals with style and methodology.
Where with institutional facilities and logistics.
When indicates timing, liveliness, schedule,
duration, cycles, spirals.
