1. How can I connect my TV to router?

1. Do you have the Samsung wireless LAN Adapter?

No

▶ You have to buy the Samsung Wireless LAN Adapter.

And then, you should put this one into your TV USB port.

2. Can you access the internet with your laptop or wired computer?

No

▶ You have to progress the basic setup of CY-SWR1100.

* Explain the basic setup - Explain on the cable connection way - Check the internet service type.

- Provide step-by-step guidance to customer.

3. Can you see the SSID of your router on TV?

Step 1. Turn on your TV, press the

MENU

button on your remote.

Step 2. Select

Setup

, and then press the

ENTER

button.

Step 3. Select

Network

, and then press the

ENTER

button.

Step 4. Set

Network Type

to

Wireless

.

Step 5. Select

Network Setup

on current page.

Step 6. Choose

Select a Network.

(* The Device list appears. ) - Default SSID : SWR1100(2.4GHz SSID) / SWR1100_media(5GHz SSID)

▶ Check the wireless settings of CY-SWR1100 via wired computer.

Check the distance between TV and CY-SWR1100.

- TV is very far away from the CY-SWR1100.

Recommend that the location of CY-SWR1100 should be changed to other place.

5. If Wireless security is configured on CY-SWR1100, select

2. I can't access the share folder of my computer on TV.

1. Have you installed the 'Samsung PC manager' program on your computer?

No

▶ You have to install this program on your computer.

You can get this program from Samsung Web site.(www.samsung.com/sec ▶ Support Tap) 2. Is this program running on your computer?

No

▶ Run this program, you should run this program in order to use the AllShare function.

3. Have you registered the specific folder as Shared Folder in this program?

No

▶ You have to register the specific folder as share folder.

Step 1. Select a folder in left section.

Step 2. Click

Share

on menu above.

And then, Select the

Share Folder

Step 3. Register your folder to right section.

4. Check the Device Policy in this program. The status value of policy should be "Accept"
