Registration Obligations

Must register upon release from custody

Door to Door Notification

Risk Assessment conducted by Commission set
up by this legislation
 Tier 2 and Tier 3 subject to notification to
members of the public likely to encounter the
offender and a list of community organizations
created by the AG
