CSU Management Growth
Amidst Budget Crisis
• Between Oct. 07 and Oct. 08:
– Worsening budget crisis in state was
known and CSU administration was
anticipating budget cuts
– CSU added 97 management (MPP)
positions (full-time equivalent) systemwide
– Number of MPP positions increased by 3%
to almost 3,500
