Definition
• JPA —“An Institution Permitted Under Law Section 6500 State Government Code, Whereby Two or More Public Authorities (e.g., local governments) Can Operate Collectively.”

This Agreement is Entered Into by the Members in Order to Jointly Develop, and Fund Mental Health Services and Education Programs as Determined on a Regional, Statewide, or Other Basis. Such Programs May Include, But Are NOT Limited To, the Following: Addressing Suicide Prevention Ethnic/Cultural Outreach Stigma/Discrimination Reduction Related to Mental Illness Student Mental Health/Workforce Training and Education Training, Technical Assistance, and Capacity Building Provision of Necessary Administrative Services
