Recommendations
 It’s necessary to form a clear structure for the governing
bodies of the Northern Dimension, as well as providing
them with regular meetings, sessions, summits, etc.
 There should be continuous formation of precise goals and
objectives for specific program times. Action plans
 It’s necessary to determine the precise mechanisms for
financing priority projects of the Northern Dimension.
Nowadays one of the main sources may be a European
Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument.
