The goal is to establish a proposal from the meat industry sector
to elaborate a transparency model of qualification, taking into
account:
–
Results of the Phase I: Socio labour analysis
–
Results of the Phase II: Profiles and training offers analysis
–
Currents models and experiences in qualifications
transparency: EQF, ECVET ( Europass, professional licence,
ect.)

Methodology report for the debate.

National report which get the proposal of each country about a
transparency model.

Compared report which summarize all national reports.

Dijon meeting
It will be defined the elements which take part of a transparency
model of qualifications: form (CV, Europass, ect), competences,
training, profiles, ect .
Report development
IFES will develop a protocol for each national report (member will
receive it soon).
With this protocol partners will develop a national recognition
proposal.

Query to the meat sector experts: interviews or discussion
group
The national expert opinion will be a fundamental element about an
European transparency model of qualifications.

It’s very important to know the European Commission tasks in
EQF, ECVET AND EUROPASS.
EQF: it’s the European reference frame for the qualification
transparency and correspondence. It introduces 8 levels of
education and competence (framework):
LEVELS IN THE SPANISH EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM.
 Level 1 - 2: Compulsory Secondary School. (till 16 years).
 Level 3 - 4. High Secondary School (16 to 18 years)
 Level 5. High Technician Education (18 to 21 years)
 Level 6 - 8: University Education (18 to 23 years or more)

BRAIN STORMING
Till
now, it’s been defined a common profile for countries, from now
we will deal about the devices and instruments which make easier
the qualifications transparency.
Brainstorming
will contribute to identify the elements of a
transparency methodological model of qualifications.
