Operational Test and Evaluation
How We Operate UNCLASSIFIED
Traditional Acquisition Efforts are Tested IAW Key Performance Parameters. On Urgent Deployment Acquisitions, We Pursue Capabilities Based Testing: Document Kit Capability, Capture Any Tactics, Techniques, Procedures (TTP) We Can, Ensure it Meets Safety Parameters and Deploy it Either Into the AOR or to Units Due to Rotate as Part of Their Train-up Our Independent Evaluators Witness Testing Conducted by Operational Testing Activities (OTA), and While We Highly Consider Their Conclusions Regarding Operational Suitability and Effectiveness, it Remains the Call of Our Independent Evaluators Our OT&E Office is Separated by Center from SOAL- This ensures The Fox is Not in Charge of the Hen House
