It is advisable to make pop-up windows to the CTC Online specific webpage an exception instead of turning them off. Pop-up blocked messages may appear on the top or at the bottom of the window Click the warning message and select “Always Allow Pop-ups from This Site.” Some Agency or Institution’s do not authorize the users to make this change. Technical assistance will be required to add https://educator.ctc.ca.gov to the list of always allowed Pop-up sites.
