Dual Shield II 81-OS
Dual Shield II 81-OS is a high strength all-positional,
flux cored wire designed to provide excellent low
temperature impact toughness particularly for
offshore construction projects.
In addition, Dual Shield II 81-OS provides stable
CTOD performance at -10℃, so fully satisfying the
requirement of S460 grade steel.



Low diffusible hydrogen to reduce the risk for HICC
when welding thick plates.
Classifications
Self-peeling slag to minimize the risk of slag inclusions
and to reduce grinding



