PERMITS AND CERTIFICATES
The EXPOM S.A. company has permits and certificates pertaining to the
quality assurance system of production, OHS and environmental
protection compliant with standards of ISO series. Rights concerning
welding procedures and welders of Expom are approved by one of the
most rigorous classification associations – DNV.

Expom has a position

and SOLAS.
3D modelling / MES calculation
We create designs including the mechanical, electric, pneumatic, hydraulic
and automatic part.
2D documentation (PDF, TIF, DWG, DXF or other)
3D models in standard of Creo Elements and Solid Works. All parts
are designed in a parametric manner.
Simulation of machinery operation - visualizations and animations of
devices designed by us.
MES strength analysis - testing stresses, deformations, buckling
analysis, optimization of shape.
The examined models are subjected both to static and dynamic
loads, also including transitional effects, inertia.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
Expom makes low-voltage electrical systems (230V, 400V, 690V)
We perform installation of systems in maritime, offshore, anti-explosive EX,
screened, anti-disturbance and military versions.
The implementation scope includes installation of electrical systems in
hoisting devices, lifeboat cranes, reloading lifts, offshore structures and
containers.
Their functionality is tested in
accordance with electrical standards
and then all devices are subjected to
test according to the acceptance
procedure of the ship classification
society (DNV, ABS, BV, RMRS, etc.)
Each electrical system made by
Expom is delivered to the customer with
full qualitative and acceptance
documentation.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS
We make systems of power hydraulics intended for hydraulic drives of maritime and
offshore hoisting devices (mainly by Parker)
Every hydraulic system with pressure control and measurement apparatus
Hydraulic systems with the working pressure of even up to 400 bars.
Tightness test covers 100% of pressure ducts, connections and oil tanks.
Hydraulic systems are tested on the basis of the so-called FAT test (Factory
Acceptance Test), conducted according to the acceptance procedure and under the
supervision of a classification association (DNV, ABS, RMRS and others).
The completed hydraulic systems along with the whole device are covered by a 3-year
guarantee.
