CONCLUSION
 Because of young population, making planning
about needs of them such as child/adolecent health,
reproductive health, pregnancy follow ups would be
necessary
 We believe that planning fieldworks by using this
model is great importance of controlling the health
parameters of the service area
 By the definition of family medicine, FPs/GPs
should provide health care for everyone,
regardless of religion, language, race and
socioeconomic level differences
