Priority Update
A new utility module called Priority Update. Allows you to
change one or all medical history priorities for a selected
group of patients to a single priority en masse.
Please note the following:
Practices in Scotland will already be familiar with the Priority
Amend tool which changes the priority flag on Read coded data in
Medical Histories to a priority one for all records where the Read
code is in the Scottish Clinical Information Management in
Practice (SCIMP) list of important Read codes.
Priority Update differs in that used for changing priorities
in any group.
www.inps.co.uk
Priority Update
From Select Group , choose the group for which you
would like to change priorities. You can select from the
following group types:
Groups that you have created yourself from an ad-hoc
search. If Read codes are specified within your group
search, Priority Update updates the priorities for those
specified coded entries only.

Priority Update
If your group does not
have medical histories
specified, You are
prompted that “Groups
without medical histories
can only be processed
when “From Priority” is set
to Null/Blank, please
reselect.” See “Updating
Medical Histories With No
Priorities”.
