Steel frame structure constructed & clad with Nutec 9mm Fibrecrete board with an option of Nutec wood grain 10mm Cladding is Cromodek 0.58mm for exterior walls Other cladding options are wood grain finish board, interlocking laminated floor boards, dry wall OSB board interior walls which can be varnished or painted OSB board exterior which is then cladded with fibrecrete board

All permanent structures are clad as follows:  Exterior- OSB board (11 or 15mm) with fibrecrete sheeting (9mm) on top.

 Interior- OSB board (11 or 15mm) with Nutec fibrecrete sheeting (9mm) on top.

 Insulation option – polystyrene (90mm), sisalation or isotherm.

 All floors are reinforced concrete which is screeded and tiled with Marley 2mm tiles or ceramic option.

 Windows units are aluminium and are fitted with specialised anti theft units.

 PVC Gutters are fitted all round.

All Temporary structures are clad as follows:  Exterior- Chromadek steel (0.5mm) with pre painted surface.

 Interior- OSB board (11 or 15mm).

 Insulation option – sisalation or isotherm.

 All floors are shutterply 19mm ( can be carpeted or tiled).

  Windows units are aluminium and are fitted with specialised anti theft units.

Doors- Aluminium sliding door  PVC Gutters (optional extra if required).

All structures are fabricated in a factory which can be relocated to your site for larger projects. Structures are modular and in segments which are assembled on project site.

CNC production systems ensure high accuracy and consistent quality.

Supply of Solar PV systems for all the structures as an alternative to Eskom or where no grid connection is available.
