Changes to the amend fault journey to enable visibility if any amendments customer makes to fault details after they have been submitted (currently only visible internally).
In case there is a shortfall on the first exchange an option will be provided via an alternate exchange. One-off and rental price for both the exchanges will be available.

Two exchanges are displayed the “best” which has a shortfall and will therefore have longer lead time (min additional 5 days) and an “alternative” that also suitable but will not have a provision delay. It may however have an additional cost Please note that if the exchange shows only ‘Standard’ this means the exchange falls beyond 25Km from the site (extended reach) which means ’10Mbit/s’ and ‘100Mbit/s’ will not be supported.
