Preserving 512 historic apartments near Ballston • As a part owner, AHC is working with Arlington County to purchase and preserve property • Part of the extensive Buckingham Village development built between 1937 and 1953 • Large, cohesive community in a park-like setting

Taking advantage of excess density • Exploring idea to combine Arlington County and AHC owned land to take advantage of excess density • Combining 2 small pieces of land to create site behind Woodbury Park & Frederick • 40+ units • Could provide workforce and permanent supportive housing
