Metal Construction Process

 Basic & Detailed Design  Drawings are transmitted electronically to the CNC machine:   Cutting & Punching of the metal parts. Perforation and Cutting of metal sheet.

The CNC press machine gives the final configuration.

B.

Dyeing Process

 Dislubrication-iron phosphatese process.  Electrostically painted with robotic system.  Using polyester powder of high resistance, suitable for protection from exterior conditions.

Insulation Process for the

Air Conditioning units

 The steel sheets are transferred to the polyurethane machine.

 For the shipping sector: The steel sheets are transferred to the Mineral Wool Dpt.

Cooling Dpt.

 Assembly of the important raw materials:  Compressors, evaporators, condensers, fans etc.

 Experienced technicians assemble the cooling circuits.

 Test of the circuits with nitrogen pressure.

 Control of leakage.

Electrical Dpt.

 Construction and assembly of electrical boards through analytical drawings.

 Placement of the boards to the chillers.

 Perform all the necessary connections.

 Grounding test.

 Vacuum.  Programming the controllers  Filling with refrigerant ( R407C, R404A, R134a, R410A).  The chillers operating at full capacity .

 Check the total efficiency .
