TCM Sensor Processing
Description
Ongoing Efforts
• Advise DCGS-A Mobile Basic Operational
Engineering Cell
• Advise DCGS-A V3.1 User Characterization Event
• Advise support to OIF/OEF deployment of DCGS-A
• Liaison to TCM Air Sensors, TCM Ground Sensors,
NISTIO, JI-CTC, CECOM, RDD, G9 Special Projects
• Weekly VTC planning meetings with PM-DCGS-A,
NSTIO, NSA, MNC-I, INSCOM, ACO, G2, OIF, OEF,
HOA, GISA
TCM Sensor Processing is the user
advocate and counterpart to the Project
Manager DCGS-A, and other materiel
developers for selected major
acquisition programs, and ensures the
vertical and horizontal integration and
synchronization of DOTMLPF capability
requirements of all activities associated
with Current and Future Force sensor
processing capabilities and programs.
Core Functions

MAJIIC is a multinational effort to
maximize the sharing of
Intelligence, Surveillance and
Reconnaissance (ISR) systems
and data through the development
of operational and technical
solutions for interoperability. The
approach is based on standards
and the harmonization of metadata
across enterprises.
Core Functions
Address interoperability from 3 primary
perspectives:
• Operational - Development and demonstration of
concepts of employment (CONEMP) and tactics, techniques
and procedures (TTP)
• Architectural - Development of procedures and
technology for sharing ISR data and information
• Technical - Definition and development of key
data formats and protocols for the various sensor and
data types
