Sponsor’s creative artworks (eg. Banner and videos etc) must be submitted to Mediacorp at least 7 working days
prior to the Launch period in accordance to technical specifications.
Package and entitlements are subjected to inventory & manpower availability.
All rates are agency commissionable except for other costs.
In the absence of compliant commercial materials, Mediacorp will not be held responsible for delayed or
erroneous campaigns.
All advertising-related materials are subject to approval by Mediacorp and/or the relevant authority where
necessary.
MediaCorp reserves the right to suspend, postpone and/or cancel the programme/event at any time and will
notify you in the event of any such suspension, postponement and/or cancellation. In the event of that the
programme/event is suspended, postponed and/or cancelled for any reason whatsoever, MediaCorp shall not be
liable to you and/or to any third party whatsoever for any damages and/or losses that may arise or be suffered in
the event of any such suspension, postponement and/or cancellation. In such an event, your sole remedy shall
be the refund of any monies that you have paid to and received by MediaCorp in relation to the
programme/event.
All rates are subjected to further charges in the event that additional manpower, additional props, filming
equipment, transport/travel, accomodation, extra talents, artiste endorsement and miscellaneous expenses are
needed.
Specifications are subject to changes at MediaCorp’s discretion.
All produced video content will be solely owned by MediaCorp.
Package pricing is subject to prevailing GST.
Media buy contracts are non-cancelable.
Not applicable for Master Contract Discount.
All the rates stated in this rate card will expire on 31st Dec 2014.
