• $535 million total budget with $420 million for contractor

• MoDOT conceptual design including EIS activities

Quality Oversight
• Contractor responsible for QC & QA
• Quality plan for each area of Contractor’s work
• MoDOT audits 10% of Contractor’s work

Maintenance of Traffic

• Don’t close entire road for entire time
• Keep regional traffic moving
