– 1500 Personnel Airlifted is almost 4X previously Airlifted
– Beyond Capacity of Kelly Field Pax Terminal without extraordinary
measures
• Registration
– Register ALL personnel electronically before arrival
– Registration time will be significantly LESS than previous year
• AETC Gala Ball
– Demand exceeded supply for previous Ball
– As Symposium attendance increases, demand for AETC Gala Ball
attendance will increase proportionately
– Maximum attendance 1500 to 1600 – 25% Increase over previous

Acquisition Process
Develop America's Airmen Today ... for Tomorrow
1. Acquisition/Expenditure approved by Col McNeight or
Col Mihalik
2. Simultaneously email your Acquisition/Expenditure to the
JAG, Finance and Contracting
3. Allow these three controlling entities to help you process
your request
• Each purchase/contract will be slightly unique
• The process of JAG, Finance and Contracting
concurrently collaborating with you will result in either
approval or disapproval of the given item
4. Ensure Col McNeight, Col Mihalik and Mrs. Gomez are
cc’d on all related correspondence as well as the final
disposition of the proposed purchase/expense

– Update your area of responsibility in the CoP
