• Decreased funding, volatility, challenges for
adequately delivering multi-modal needs

 AB 32: Global Warming Solutions Act – reduce GHG
emissions to 1990 levels by 2020
 SB 375: Transportation planning, sustainable
communities strategy, environmental review to
reduce GHG emissions
