Read and understand the PD – ask for a copy
• Know the Duties of the Job
Do your homework – on the position
Know “the rules” of the Interview
• How many and who will sit on the board?
• How long is the interview?
• How much time will you have to prepare?
• Is the interview interactive or not?
Identify possible questions – what could they ask me?

Try to relax…eat on time, drink some water
Treat this like a game…
Time management
• Prepare quickly for each question – write stuff down (3-5 min. per)
• In Interview - allocate time for each question (3-5 min. per)
• Ask for a 2 min. warning
Answer
the questions…PLEASE
Be sure to answer each part of the question
• Then, if time…add in related scenarios that you prepared
your own horn - use “I” rather than “we”
End STRONG – “Why hire me” (last 2 min.)
