• Go to Project > Application

• Click “Master List” to view all applications submitted to AI
users.
Note: DH can view the applications from his / her
department only.
• Click “Action List” to endorse applications.
• Click “Pushed Back List” to view all applications pushed
back to PA by AI users (i.e. DH/ FO/ RO)
• (for RO only)
Click “Outstanding List” to view all applications pending
signature(s) from CoA(s) (if any), DH or FO

View Applications – Preview
• Click “Action List”
i) Click the “Temp Ref no.”
to view the application in
eGMS.
ii) Click the PDF icon to
download the application to
computer.
(Note: a 6-character
password has to be set by
user for security measures.)

Update “Check-in-order” List (Optional)
i) View the details
checked by AI users (i.e.
DH/ FO/RO)
or
ii) Click “Confirm
Checked” to add a new
entry.

Process Applications
i) Click “Endorse” to
endorse an application.
or
ii) Click “Push Back” to
request PA to revise an
application.
Note: Enter detailed
reason(s) before pushing
back the application to PA
for revision.

Outstanding Applications (for RO)
• Click “Outstanding List”
• View signing status of CoA(s)(if any), DH or FO.
Note: DH and FO can view the signing status of CoA(s)
and AI users on the Master List.
