•Can store all types of cargoes including select pre-approved IMCO class cargoes
•Proposed extension will be a Cold Store facility of similar capacity

Storage charges
For closed warehouse cargoes (rackeable and non rackeable): USD 0.2/cbm/day (negotiable depending on the cargo stowage)
For open yard cargoes: USD 0.06/cbm/day
Tallying charges: Receiving USD 25/job, Delivery USD 25/job , Additional USD 2/seal for export sealing
Labelling charges : Minimum USD 50/job for labelling and USD 75/job for removing label (can go upto USD 250 depending on the job)
Customs Inspection charges: USD 110/job plus at actuals if Customs insists to devan and revan the container or unload/load from pickup
