Your homework task is to produce a

promotional video (like the one your have just reviewed) for your fitness DVD. Ideally this will contain video clips of your workout routine. Remember this is not a full workout video. Cameras can be borrowed from your teacher or use your phone.

impress as there are prizes to be won for the best video.

• If you do not have a camera on your phone you can borrow a camera from your Enterprise teacher.

Arrange with your Teacher if you need a area to record.

• If you want to record your video in the sports hall speak to your PE teacher to see if you can use it afterschool
