PARTNERSHIPS
The assisting organisation can apply for a maximum of 3 assisted
organisations only.
The assisting organisation may charge a programme management fee
not exceeding 10% of the allocation of the assisted organisation.
The Distributing Agency makes the final decision during adjudication.
The assisting organisation must provide a detailed plan for mentoring
and skills transfer for the assisted organisation with the application.
