SIGNS:
displacement (subluxation) of the first
metacarpal base
 Sclerosis
 Osteophytes
 Loose bodies

 Radial and scaphoid fractures
 Ischemic necrosis – scaphoid and lunate
 CPPD crystal deposition disease

 Triangular fibrocartilage calcification
