erenLI is the UK Sales & Technical office for Erenli Rubber & Plastic
based in Izmir, Western Turkey.
We’re a leading manufacturer and supplier of mandrel-formed rubber
hoses, mouldings and assemblies, and we’ve reached that position by
controlling the entire process from compounding through to line-side
supply.
Our competitive advantage in the UK is based on this vertical integration
which enables us to offer competitive prices, shorter lead-times and the
high services levels available when partnering with a UK-based team,
with reduced foreign exchange risk and reduced supply chain risk.
To maintain this advantage we are operationally-effective to achieve
100% on-time delivery and zero product-defects. We work hard to
ensure that our lead times are shorter, and that our sales, operations and
technical staff delivery a high level of competence and expertise so that
we can add value to your businesses.

History
erenLI Kaucak ve Plastik Sanayi was founded in 1959 in Izmir, Turkey.
Since inception it has serviced the rubber product requirements of the
automotive industry, initially supplying the automotive spare part sector.
In 2014 it continues to be a strategic partner to the automotive industry.
In modern facilities with 11000 m² open area and 5000 m² closed area,
the main facility continues with automotive and low pressure rubber hose
production for various applications and various rubber part production.
With the mixing capacity of 3000 tons annually, erenLI meets the
requirements of domestic and overseas markets giving priority to the
O.E.M and after-sales industry.
The majority of production is exported to the developed countries of the
world like Italy, Germany, Austria, United Kingdom, United States and
Scandinavia. erenLI employs approximately 170 people worldwide.

2013 New Facilities
In 2013 erenLI invested in a new plant for the production of
extruded hoses, turbo charger hoses and a co-extrusion hose
production line.
erenLI invested specifically in the production of FKM layered
fuel and turbo hoses. This was due to the demand arising in the
global automotive industry.
This investment has increased the product range and added 40%
additional production capacity thereby expanding our global
customers’ project range
.
We now have the latest machines and equipment needed to
fulfil the automotive industry’s on-going requirements and to
lead innovation and new hoses technologies.
Production in our new plant begins in 2014.
