MTN Hosted PBX is a prepaid service that integrates offices and employees in a
common network that includes mobile and SIM –embedded desk phones.

It provides businesses with the functionality and benefits of owning a Private Branch
Exchange System (PBX) without having to install any equipment within their premises.
Features
The solution provides 2 services:
1. VPN Attendant solution where a company enjoys the features and benefit of
operating a corporate PBX without having to physically install one on their
premise(s).
 IVR feature that also allows pre-recorded attendant messages
 Self-administration web portal which allows designated customer administrator to
administer the setup of their VPN Attendant
 The VPN Attendant can be ordered as Basic or Advanced. The Basic allows just one
SIM-Based number behind each department, while the Advanced allows multiple
SIM-Based numbers to be configured behind each department

pad to spell a name or word that uniquely describes how a customer wants to be seen as

It is intended to make reachability easier with the use of words that are memorizable; user
