Services
• Eric endeavors to keep most of the stock of the spare
parts available for the repair of your product for up to 3
years on average with a warranty period of 1 year, from
the last date of production. Accessories, consumables
and end-user replaceable parts can be purchased.

Eric shall not be obliged to repair or replace any product
which is not accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
The product can be taken directly in person or must be
adequately packaged and returned, by recorded delivery
(or equivalent method of postage)
