the Russian market for over 5 years.

Preparatory and Design Works:

 Technical Inspection and evaluation of the building, collection and analysis of its technical specifications. Assistance in preparation of technical request for design works; assistance in preparation of technical addendum to lease.

 Elaboration of all parts of the design documentation that includes the lay-out, floors and ceiling, electricity, water and sewage systems plans, fire evacuation and smoke removal scheme provided along with three-dimensional visualization;  Development of all parts of design documentation are made to conform with the LL requirements, sanitary regulations and building characteristics;  Full coordination and complete control over all stages and aspects of work during project in order to avoid overlaps or errors and ensure proper operation of the future office;  Designer supervision over the construction works to be done in accordance with the developed plan and operating standards;

Obtaining Approvals

 Obtainment of approvals by the landlord of the building and its local facility management company;  Approving all changes made in the building with the Bureau of Technical Inventory (BTI) and the Inter-Agency Commission (IAC);  Getting approvals by State Emergency Ministry and Rospotrebnadzor confirmed through the corresponding letter and approval certificate;

General Construction Works:

 E rection of wa lls , glass partitions, metal welding, stairs raising, facade works;  Mounting of the raised floors and podiums, laying of carpets with welded seams, laminate, linoleum, wood flooring, parquets, granite tiles and works with natural stone;  Installation of modular Armstrong ceilings, Grilliato lattice, suspended ceilings Barisol and other types of ceilings;  Plastering and finish works of all kinds.

Installation of Engineering Systems

 Heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems installation based on chiller fan coil units, split systems, precision air conditioners;  Water supply and sanitation of any complexity, including the installation of accumulators, pumps, grinders, tanks, and instrumentation;  Installation of electrical systems and lighting, conducting the necessary testing and tuning works allowed by the landlord;  Installation of automatic, manual and gas fire suppressing system, fire alarm sounding system and fire alarm and smoke extraction systems;  Low-power and telephone systems installation, including structured cabling networks, access control systems, alarm and video surveillance.
