THE ACOTOM® PROCESS

To avoid the disadvantages of the mechanical
and magnetic switches, we have created the
ACOTOM® process.

ACOTOM® process : decoding system based
on the use of electronic components.
THE BTI SWITCHES
HOW DOES IT WORK?



Once powered (24V AC/DC), the switch generates
a magnetic field that actively searches for the
actuating coded magnet to show up in the range of
the sensing field.
Once the properly coded magnet is in range and
recognized (decoded) the output of the switch
changes state and signals a machine enable.
If, for any reason, these conditions are not met, the
switch’s output will not change and therefore is
disabled.
