A common view of a digital city?
• Is it defined from the citizen viewpoint?
– HANDS project
– Their choice (pull not push)
– User journeys (service not internet)
• Is this about city administration only?
– Health, Police/Fire, Travel?
• Can there be a standard?
– E-rights award/Benchmarking?
– Can we agree a framework?
• Why bother? Is there a business case?
– Sharing experience/Joint development or procurement
– Enjoyable visits?
• Or should we just get on and meet our local needs
