This guide will take you through the steps for
completing
Hazardous Waste Consignment Notes
to enable you to send recovered refrigerants and
other hazardous waste to a recycler, or for
destruction.
Each movement requires a consignment note
 Hazardous Waste Consignment Note
NOTE: Some Recyclers and Wholesalers may provide customised
Consignment Notes specifically for recovered refrigerants. These will
contain the same PARTS as the standard Consignment Notes but may
have some information already completed.
