in China and 3 are located in overseas) with 15 years’
experience producing the Oil pipe, drilling Tool, well
head device, Oil production equipment and even
Chemical with group’s total SALE’S REVENUE OF 1 billion
US dollars per year.
The sales volume of TTGM for overseas markets consists
about 50 % of total annual production. And the clients
for supply of our products are
highly experienced in drilling and

Expandable Tubular Technology was
developed in the United States in 1999. Our
company and Beijing Petroleum Drilling
Institute work together and have developed a
stable mechanical properties and premium
connecting thread of new products.
Applications: ① the naked eye system: as a
contingency casing drilling process in time
complexity of the well condition; ② casing
system: repair damaged casing, production
returned to normal; ③ liner hanger system:
instead of the conventional liner hanger
systems, access to larger diameter and
suspension force; ④ ultimate goal: the fullwell the same size casing to replace the
existing multi-layer casing structure.

我们对北石厂生产的 K7LZ244×7.0 螺杆钻具进行了使用，累计入井时间 118.5 小时，循环时间 97.85
小时。
使用过程分两个阶段，第一阶段使用泥浆作为介质，钻井井段 618－660，入井时间 60.5 小时，循环
时间 49.51 小时；第二阶段使用空气泡沫作为介质，入井时间 58 小时，循环时间 48.33 小时。
因为实施侧钻作业，钻速特加以控制（2m/h、1m/h、0.5m/h 不等）。
总体感觉：该螺杆钻具工作状况较为平稳，特别是使用空气作为介质时，表现出功率大，寿命较长。
