VISION
The Coast Guard Auxiliary Association, Inc.

MISSION
With Association being critical to fiscal health of
U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary, we will:
• Focus on our declining revenues that are impeding
present and future Coast Guard Auxiliary programs
• We will direct our attention toward creating & pursuing both long
& short term policies which will increase revenue to Assn
• We will develop diverse income-producing initiatives using sound,
modern business practices so as to establish Assn as a self-sustaining
dynamic organization

STRATEGIC IMPERATIVES
• Maintain & enhance business, logistical, marketing & financial
support to the Auxiliary & its programs to firmly establish &
sustain support for Auxiliary readiness to accomplish accepted
missions
• Develop support systems, processes & resources that will be
required for Auxiliary to accept additional missions as well as
continue to accomplish traditional missions to meet the needs and
desires of the Auxiliary’s customers
• Establish external financial support to ease the burden of
monetary contributions required of Auxiliary members to sustain
the opportunity for volunteer service to our internal & external
customers, particularly the U.S. Coast Guard
