Rocket Electric has been recognized as one of the top high-tech thin film battery
manufacturers with solid financials, technology and quality control system. 2009 marks
Rocket’s entry into the international cosmetics market. Rocket aims to become the world
no.1 company in thin battery field by 2015.
Rocket Electric is positioned for international growth in the areas of functional cosmetics
patches, therapeutic patches and slimming patches.
Rocket Electric ensures the uniformity of the patches with over 65 years quality control
experience for global leading companies.
Iontophoresis Mechanism
Iontophoresis is the ability of an electric current to cause charges particles to move. Iontophoresis delivers
medication transdermally (both locally and systemically) using electric current to ionize drug molecules and
propel them through the skin. In a patch form, two adjacent electrodes set up an electrical potential to drive
charged compounds through the skin. This is particularly important for the transdermal delivery of peptides
and oligonucleotides due to the polar groups associated with these molecules. The real attraction of
iontophoresis is that is does not rely on a concentration gradient and is not affected by individual differences
in skin permeability. The technology also has the potential to deliver pulses, for example, hormonal
treatments, simply by switching the current on or off.
Key Features & Structure
 Cutting-Edge Technology
: International patent applied
 Most Effective Mothoed
: Reduce wrinkles up to 80%
 Instant Effect
: Visual Difference in 1 hour

Test) in Feb. 2011 by FDA authorized Lab.
 Environment-Friendly
(The design & size of eye patch can be customized)
: No toxic, no heavy metal, no over-heating,
no explosive materials
12 Active Ingredients (i)
 Allantoin
Allantoin is a healing, moisturizing, soothing and anti-irritating, keratolytic and non-toxic agent useful in
dermatological, cosmetic and veterinary preparation. Allantoin is a valuable cell-proliferating healing agent which
stimulates healthy tissue formation.
 Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate
The potassium salt of glycyrrhizic acid, also known as licorice root, dipotassium glycyrrhizate is
an excellent skin lightener and brightener.
 Arginine
classified as a semiessential or conditionally essential amino acid, Arginine quicken the repair time of damaged cells.
 Sodium Hyaluronate (Hyaluronic Acid)
Sodium Hyaluronate plays a fundamental role in tissue repair processes by stabilizing the coagulation matrix and
controlling its degradation, favoring the recruitment of inflammatory cells.
 Adenosine
Adenosine advantageously allows for the enhancement of the skin condition. This results in skin that shows a less
wrinkled, rough, or dry complexion.
 Camellia Sinensis (Green Tea) Leaf Extract
Camellia Sinensis (Green Tea) Leaf Extracts reduce redness and suppress skin inflammation and irritation while
providing powerful antioxidant properties that help protect cells from free radical damage initiated by environmental
factors.
12 Active Ingredients (ii)
 EGF (Human Oligopeptide-1)
One of the important growth factors in human body, it can accelerate DNA replications and the growth of the cells. It
reduces the wrinkles.
 Soluble Collagen
Collagen is the main protein of connective tissue. It is one of the support proteins, providing skin with appropriate
tightness, moisturisation, springiness, elasticity and suppleness.
 Salix Alba (Willow) Bark Extract
Salix Alba (Willow) Bark Extract containing 15% salicylic acid, will decrease inflammation, increase skin cells
turnover, prevent pore clogging and kill propionibacterium acnes.
 Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract
Gingko biloba helps to increase circulation, prevent capillary fragility and helps to boost collagen formation and create
fibroblast, which makes it ideal to use in rejuvenating skin care products.
 Bacillus/Soybean Ferment Extract
Bacillus/Soybean Ferment Extract forms the visco-elastic film on the skin providing proven skin-smoothing properties.
It is a natural moisturizing factor, having a high capacity of moisture retention. Aids recovery of skin damage and
irritation.
 Actinidia Chinensis (Kiwi) Fruit Extract
Actinidia Chinensis (Kiwi) Fruit Extract stimulating effects on cell proliferation via enhanced growth factor receptors,
energy production, and collagen synthesis of human keratinocytes, fibroblasts, and skin equivalents.
Treatment Mechanism
1. Iontophoresis patch
applied conjunction with
anti-aging serum:
Self-activates
2. Micro-current pushed
ionized active ingredients
deep & fast onto the skin
3. Enhance delivery of
active ingredients
EG) Positively(+) ionized
active ingredients repelled
by anode(+).
Enhance delivery of active ingredients onto dermis
Micro-Current Analysis
0 ㎂/㎠
2 ㎂/㎠
5 ㎂/㎠
15 ㎂/㎠
25 ㎂/㎠
Stratum Corneum
Stratum Lucidum
Stratum Granulsum
Stratum Spinosum
Stratum Basale
Dermis
When micro-current is too
little, active ingredients
can not be delivered onto
dermis
When micro-durrent is
more than 5㎂/㎠,
active ingredients are
delivered onto dermis
When micro-current is too
much, the skin might be
Damaged by burn.
