1. Articulating a shared strategic vision for TAE capacity building in Africa; 2. Providing information for priority setting in investments in TAE; 3. Providing guidance on best approaches to investment in TAE; 4. Integrating TAE into CAADP Investment Plans; and; • 5. Supporting harmonization of donor support to TAE.
