The First Reference to a Messianic Person
Genesis 3:13
13 And the Lord God said to the woman,
“What is this you have done?”
The woman said,
“The serpent deceived me, and I ate.”
14 So the Lord God said to the serpent:
“Because you have done this,
You are cursed more than all cattle,
And more than every beast of the field;
On your belly you shall go,
And you shall eat dust
All the days of your life.
Genesis 3:15
And I will put enmity
Between you and the woman,
(The serpent and Eve)
And between your seed and her Seed;
(Serpent’s Seed and Eve’s Seed)
He shall bruise your head,
(The Seed shall bruise the serpent’s head)
And you shall bruise His heel.”
(The serpent shall bruise The Seed’s heel)
•Not about Women afraid of Snakes
•The “Seed” not Seeds indicates a victor.
•Messiah is not Angelic, not simply Deity
•Messiah will be of human origin.
•Seed of woman hints at Virgin Birth.
Genesis 3:15
And I will put enmity
Between you and the woman,
(The serpent and Eve)
And between your seed and her Seed;
(Serpent’s Seed and Eve’s Seed)
He shall bruise your head,
(The Seed shall bruise the serpent’s head)
And you shall bruise His heel.”
(The serpent shall bruise The Seed’s heel)
•Enmity – Hostile, Unfriendly Disposition
•The Serpent (Satan) has a “Seed” Descendant
•Satan’s will be the Father of the Anti-Christ
•The “Seed” will receive a head wound (fatal)
•The Anti-Christ will be defeated by the Messiah

Now to Abraham and his Seed were the promises
made. He does not say, “And to seeds,” as of many, but
as of one, “And to your Seed,” who is Messiah.

Avoid Divisive Persons
Romans 16:17
Now I urge you, brethren, note those who cause
divisions and offenses, contrary to the doctrine which
you learned, and avoid them. 18 For those who are such
do not serve our Lord Yeshua Ha-Mashiach, but their
own belly, and by smooth words and flattering speech
deceive the hearts of the simple. 19 For your obedience
has become known to all. Therefore I am glad on your
behalf; but I want you to be wise in what is good, and
simple concerning evil.

And the God of peace will crush Satan under your
feet shortly.

Revelation 12:9-10
9 And the great dragon was thrown down, the serpent of
old who is called the devil and Satan, who deceives the
whole world; he was thrown down to the earth, and his
angels were thrown down with him. 10 And I heard a loud
voice in heaven, saying,
”Now the salvation, and the power, and the kingdom of
our God and the authority of His Christ have come, for
the accuser of our brethren has been thrown down, who
accuses them before our God day and night.
Revelation 19:19 Anti-Christ & False Prophet Killed
And I saw the beast, the kings of the earth, and
their armies, gathered together to make war
against Him who sat on the horse and against His
army. 20 Then the beast was captured, and with him
the false prophet who worked signs in his presence,
by which he deceived those who received the mark
of the beast and those who worshiped his image.
These two were cast alive into the lake of fire
burning with brimstone. 21 And the rest were killed
with the sword which proceeded from the mouth of
Him who sat on the horse. And all the birds were
filled with their flesh.

Revelation 20:1-3
Satan Bound 1000 Years
Then I saw an angel coming down from heaven,
having the key to the bottomless pit and a great
chain in his hand. 2 He laid hold of the dragon,
that serpent of old, who is the Devil and Satan,
and bound him for a thousand years; 3 and he
cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up,
and set a seal on him, so that he should deceive
the nations no more till the thousand years were
finished. But after these things he must be
released for a little while.
Revelation 20:7-10
Satanic Rebellion Crushed
7 Now when the thousand years have expired, Satan
will be released from his prison
They went up on the breadth of the earth and
surrounded the camp of the saints and the beloved city.

And fire came down from God out of heaven and
devoured them.
The devil, who deceived them, was cast into the lake
of fire and brimstone where the beast and the false
prophet are. And they will be tormented day and night
forever and ever.

Interpretive Translation Of the Hebrew Bible

And she said:
-- "I have got a man from the angel of the LORD." -The Palestinian Targum to Genesis 4:1: "And
Adam knew his wife Eve, who had desired the Angel;
and she conceived, and bare Cain; and she said, I have
acquired a man, the angel of the Lord ..."
Genesis 6:1-4
The Satanic Attempt to Spoil the Seed of the Woman
6:1 Now it came to pass, when men began to
multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters
were born to them, 2 that the sons of God saw
the daughters of men, that they were beautiful;
and they took wives for themselves of all whom
they chose.

The SONS OF GOD married the DAUGHTERS OF MEN
•BENEI ELOHIM “Sons of God” means “brought into
existence by God’s creative act.
•Sons of God in the Old Testament refers to Angels
•See Job 1:6, 2:1, 38:7
•New Testament also it refers to Adam (Luke 3:38),
Believers (John 1:12)because believers are a new
creation. (Galatians 6:15)
•It is NOT saying that “Godly Males” married “Ungodly
Females”
•It is saying that FALLEN ANGELS (DEMONS) married
Human women.

There were giants on the earth in those days,
and also afterward, when the sons of God came
in to the daughters of men and they bore
children to them. Those were the mighty men
who were of old, men of renown.

Translation of the Old Testament
written in 250 B.C.used the term
“gigentes” givgante"which means
Titan. According to Greek Mythology
the Titans were the result of the gods
from Mt. Olympus married human
women.
The Nephilim - Superhumans
The Titans are so “Renown”
We even name our football team after
them.
Genesis 6:1-4
Satanic attempt to spoil the Seed of the Woman
Then the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was
great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts
of his heart was only evil continually. 6 And the Lord was
sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was
grieved in His heart. 7 So the Lord said, “I will destroy
man whom I have created from the face of the earth,
both man and beast, creeping thing and birds of the air,
for I am sorry that I have made them.”

But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord.
The Messianic Christology in the Hebrew
Names of our non-Jewish ancestors,
from Adam to Noah.
Luke 3:23 Now Jesus Himself began His
ministry at about thirty years of age,
being (as was supposed) the son of
Joseph, the son of Heli, 24 the son of
Matthat, ……
the son of Noah, the son of Lamech, 37
the son of Methuselah, the son of
Enoch, the son of Jared, the son of
Mahalalel, the son of Cainan, 38 the son
of Enosh, the son of Seth, the son of
Adam, the son of God.
Adam
Adam's name means "man." As the
first Man, that seems straightforward
enough.
Seth
Adam's son was named Seth, which
means "appointed." Eve said, "For God
hath appointed me another seed instead
of Abel, whom Cain slew."
Enosh
Seth's son was called Enosh, which
means "mortal," "frail," or "miserable."
It is from the root anash, to be
incurable, used of a wound, grief,
woe, sickness, or wickedness. It was in
the days of Enosh that men began to
defile the name of the Living God.
Kenan "Cainan"
Enosh's son was named Kenan, which can mean
"sorrow," or "wandering nomad."
Mahalalel
Kenan's son was Mahalalel, which
means "the Blessed God." Often
Hebrew names include El, one of
the many names of God.
Jared
Mahalalel's son was named Jared, from
a verb yaradh, meaning "shall come
down." (Some authorities also tie this to
the "Sons of God" corrupting the
daughters of men, resulting in the
Nephilim of Genesis 6.)
Enoch
Jared's son was Enoch, which means
"teaching." He was the first of four
generations of preachers. In fact, the
earliest recorded prophecy was by Enoch,
and which, amazingly enough, dealt with
the Second Coming of the Messiah, (It is
quoted in the Book of Jude in the New
Testament):
Jude 1:14-15
"And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam,
prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the
Lord cometh with ten thousands of his
saints…
Methuselah
Enoch was the father of Methuselah.
Enoch walked with God after he begat
Methuselah. The year that Methuselah
died, the great flood came. Thus His
name means “His death shall bring!”
Apparently, Enoch received the
prophecy of the Great Flood, and was
told that as long as his son was alive,
the flood would be withheld.
Enoch, of course, never died; he was
translated. (If you'll excuse the
expression, "raptured.") That's how
Methuselah can be the oldest man in
the Bible, yet he died "before" his
father!
Lamech
Methuselah's son was named Lamech,
which means "despairing." This same
root also seems to lie behind our English
word lamentation. (While a similar root
can mean "strength." this name is
linked, through traditional Jewish
sources, with the Lamech in Cain's line,
who inadvertently killed his son TubalCain in a hunting incident.
Noah
Lamech, of course, is the father of
Noah, which means "comfort."
Adam – Man
Seth – Appointed
Enosh – Mortal
Kenan – Sorrow
Mahalalel - The Blessed God
Jared - Shall come down
Enoch – Teaching
Methuselah - His death shall bring
Lamech – Despairing
Noah - Rest, or comfort.
Man (is) appointed mortal sorrow; the Blessed
God shall come down teaching, His death
shall bring (the) despairing rest.
•The Messianic Person would be Human
•The Messianic Person would also be Divine
•The Messianic Person will defeat the enemy(Satan)
•The Serpent Satan, has a seed (Anti-Christ)
•The Messianic Person would repair mankind:
Man (is) appointed mortal sorrow;
the Blessed God shall come down teaching,
His death shall bring (the) despairing rest.
