– Bloodborne Pathogens – if necessary
– Medical Waste – if necessary
• Training can be online (Blackboard), RMS lecture, or PI based.
• Make sure your PI/Professor trains you on lab SOPs
– Don’t do anything you are uncomfortable doing.

– 1 BUA can be written to cover multiple projects
– Good for 3 years and can be renewed for additional 3 years
• Personnel, locations and agents must be updated with amendments
