Increase the number of CJS Referrals into Gloucestershire
Treatment Hubs
Fully implement CJS leads within each Treatment Hub
Increase number of ATR/ DRR & successful completions
Develop custody suite based interventions
Work with local partners to identify most effective ways to
utilise Recovery Vehicles
Work with Police to identify local initiatives within each
Gloucestershire District
Identify local community networks to ensure that treatment
services are fully integrated within local delivery plans

Complete final hubs
Meet key stakeholders from each of District Councils / Local
Community Networks & ensure that key strategic forums are
attended & presentations delivered
Review CJS pathway and meet with key stakeholders from the
Police
Develop Housing Related Support Model to ensure that there is
synergy with District Councils
Increase the number of Alcohol (10%) & non-OCU (5%) in
treatment across Gloucestershire
Ensure that treatment is fully integrated within wider strategies
including Police Commissioner, IOM, Anti-Social, Domestic
Violence, Community Safety etc
