The cyclocondensation of equimolar amount of pyrrole with aromatic aldehydes in
refluxing propionic acid to get the required 5,10,15,20-tetra aryl porphyrins (TAP).
Structural analysis and binding studies of TAP Fe(III)Cl with CO will be confirmed
by IR, UV and other spectroscopic data.
