Herschel Status
• Herschel Payload Module CDR completed in July and Space Segment
CDR completed in October with official close-out end 2004
• Herschel EQM - Ready for Herschel CQM Focal Plane Units.
• All Herschel Instruments: HIFI, PACS and SPIRE have successfully
completed CQM Instrument Level Tests.
• All instruments delivered and in ASED OTN. (N.B. SPIRE to be
returned 17th January)
• Instrument testing to commence April 2005
• Instrument FM program underway – Baseline delivery Nov 2005
