KRuSHE
OBJECTIVE
To provide additional income of atleast 24000 per anum to
SHG Households{ 70% POP} by organising and promoting farm
& non farm (existing and new) micro-enterprises and strengthening
backward and forward linkages thereby ensuring good Return on
Investment.
STRATEGY
Facilitate and promote demand based micro entrepreneurs and
producer groups through Product development/value addition
(Quality, packaging, branding), Finance, Market linkage & tie-ups
(internal and external) and duly utilizing IT enabled platform across
the value and supply chain.

• Existing enterprises are the enterprises which
are individual or group enterprises and are
doing business outside their Mandal also.
• The objective is to standardise the products
with good packaging, branding and traceability .
• To establish their products in both Internal and
external markets.
• This would not only increase their income but
also create local wage employment
• Target is 125 per each district across all mandals

• These are the existing kirana stores in the village.
• The objective is to capture our internal market
ie. our own SHG HH consumption.
• Making available quality products from SHG
enterprises and producer groups in the Mart at
cheaper price to SHG HHs . A WIN WIN situation .
• Strengthening the K mart financially so that his
transportation cost and credit cost is saved and
this reduces the cost of the prducts to SHG HHs.
• The target per mandal is atleast 25 in each of the
KRuSHE mandals / NDCC mandals in the district

• It may be products , services, or value addition
of farm and non farm products.
• The enterprise can be individual and group
enterprises.
• The objective is to create local self employment
and also to make available services and
products in demand at the village level itself.
• The target per mandal is 70 in each of the
KRuSHE mandals / NDCC mandals in the district

• These are producer groups of landed or landless SHG HHs
in both farm and non farm sector.
• The objective is to gain income from the value addition
activity across the value chain of the farm or non farm
products.
• The objective is to standardise the products with good
packaging, branding and traceability .
• To establish their products in both Internal and external
markets
• The target per mandal is 70 members in around 7 groups
@ 10 per group in each of the KRuSHE mandals / NDCC
mandals in the district

RSETIs
• All the Project Directors are requested to ensure proper
mobilization of the candidates for RSETIs trainings
from the Mandals.
• Data of the trained candidates is made available at
KRuSHE web site, the project directors are requested
to issue necessary directions to the APMs (MC) to
follow up the settlement of the trained candidates by
using web portal and reviewed by Mandal Samakhya.
Issues & Problems
• APMs not coordinating with CKCs/SRPs in data
entry and project facilitation.
• PDs to speed up in forwarding the proposals to
SPMU for approval after due diligence.
• All the Project Directors have to take necessary
steps to ensure the availability of computers for
making data entry at the Mandal level.
• PD to review, motivate and nurture the CKCs.
• To ensure that the training Stipend @ 3000 per
month is given for 6 months to CKCs.
Promoting KRuSHE: Further steps
• KRuSHE Brand registered.
• KRuSHE brand should be promoted considering:– Quality product
– Traceability
– Value for money
• VO MS and ZS should start promoting KRuSHE products
and brand.
• Linkage of products from KEE, KPG and KNE to
KRuSHE Marts
• All the food products manufactured under KRUSHE
should obtained FPO license (made mandate from Feb 2014
onwards by Govt.)
