Institutional Research Grant (ACS-IRG)

Deadline: November 18, 2014 at 4:00 p.m.
The Washington University ACS-IRG annually awards up to four investigators a maximum
of $30,000 for one year (non-renewable). This program provides pilot funding for junior
faculty conducting cancer research projects to obtain preliminary results that will enable
them to compete successfully for national research grants. Investigators already receiving
support from the National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Science Foundation (NSF),
American Cancer Society (ACS) or other major organizations are not eligible. Applicants are
not required to be members of the Cancer Center.
