Private sector investment (per school)
• 1 x Business leader as partner to principal
• 150 hours per year
• R30,000 (facilitated leadership development process)

(± 1 hour per week as volunteer support)
• 1 x HR consultant (HR management)
• 1 x IT consultant
• 1 x Accountant
• 1 x Coach
• 1 x OD person (for team development)
