Mission
• Support the shaping of a campus climate that welcomes
cultural, racial, ethnic, and intellectual diversity.
• Support the academic, cultural, social, ethical, spiritual
and professional growth of the students we serve.
• Focus on the retention, inclusion and increase in the
participation rates for the broadest diversity of students
in university life.
• Partner with university life service providers to support,
guide and lead diversity efforts.
